Shipping policy

PROCESSING
In some instances there is a 1-2 week wait for items to be made, this can be due to wait times from other suppliers or other unforeseen issues. We will endeavour to maintain communication with the purchaser if there are delays. If you require the items for a special occasion or by a specific date please contact us and we will attempt to expedite the process where possible.

PACKAGING
The items are protected from being damaged during transit as reasonably practicable using a variety of mediums that may include (but not limited to): tissue paper, cardboard, bubble-wrap or polystyrene.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Standard Australian shipping for small quantity orders is done by large letter, which has no tracking.
For larger items, larger order quantities or through shipping upgrades within Australia is done by parcel which does include tracking details.
Express shipping is also available within Australia as an optional upgrade or for purchase values greater than specified amounts, this option includes tracking.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is currently done through DHL. In addition to processing time as describe earlier, there is possibly a 1-4 week ship time for the order which can be impacted by holiday periods.

NOTIFICATION OF DISPATCH
You will receive a notification via your nominated email address once the order has been dispatched. For orders that have been shipped with tracking you will receive the tracking number with this email.

Please note that once orders have been dispatched, LLL Designs takes no responsibility for lost packages handled by the shipping agents. It is recommended that if you are concerned about your order, as a minimum, select a tracked option and consider taking out insurance. If you require insurance for your order please contact us.

TRACKING
AUSTRALIA - Items that have been shipped with tracking options will be able to tracked throughout the process up to delivery, based on Australia Posts tracking system limitations.
INTERNATIONAL - Items will be tracked to country of delivery and subsequently on delivery to destination, there is no in-country tracking by DHL.
